Card Front Items

Five requirements must be satisfied:

  1. The PIV Card must include the Zone 1 Photograph (Requirement 36)
  2. The PIV Card must include the Zone 2 Name (Requirement 37)
  3. The PIV Card must include the Zone 8 Employee Affiliation (Requirement 38)
  4. The PIV Card must include the Zone 10 Employee Affiliation (Requirement 39)
  5. The PIV Card must include the Zone 14 Expiration Date (Requirement 40)
